The hotel is not bad. The lobby is quite large and has a light fragrance. I am satisfied [smile], the front desk staff! The service attitude is particularly good [strong]. My children didn't want to leave [grin], and the breakfast was richer than the breakfasts in the hotels I stayed in before! Few hotels have rice noodles for breakfast. The taste is more delicious. Wow what can i say about this hotel? Well for the price it was excellent! Really clean room with a comfortable bed and great amenities! Vr in room too! I was really surprised at how good this place was, although the location was a slight inconvenience for me (personal reasons), i would happily stay here again and think i will. Even though i checked in after a few glasses of of wine at 3am and speaking little Chinese, the hotel staff were able to process all my details and get me in swiftly! Unfortunately i didnt manage to take any good photos of this place but after staying in kempinski for 2 days, i would choose this hotel over the kempinski

從廣東來太原出差，第一次來北方城市，入住體驗真的太好了，從落地到離店的整個過程我的心情都是無比的開心，酒店安排的接送服務非常方便，對於時間緊張的我省去了我自己找交通工具的時間，一進酒店大門就被酒店的裝修驚艷到了，工作人員服務也非常的好，我帶的行李比較多，工作人員主動幫我把行李拿到房間裏，真的讓我輕鬆了很多，酒店也提供了早餐服務，在就餐過程中服務員還擔心怕我不合胃口專門給我做了一份甜食，真的有被暖到，早餐的種類也很多是自助的方式，房間佈局也乾淨整潔，頭一次在外邊住讓我有了一種家的感覺，也可能是服務態度周到，工作忙完想的在周邊轉轉，酒店也很貼心的給我推薦遊玩吃喝，這種感覺真的非常舒服，一分價錢一分貨，以後出差還會選這裏，必須給酒店一個五星好評
