The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling commercial district close to the airport and high-speed rail station. The breakfast selection offered at the hotel was both varied and delicious. I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the young lady who assisted me with the check-in process; she is very kind, professional, and efficient. One minor suggestion is regarding the bathroom door. While the partially etched glass door is not necessarily a problem, a frosted glass door would provide more privacy for guests.
Overall, I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Would never stay here again. At first they turned my friend and I away saying they don’t accept foreigners, even though we’d booked them in advance and paid. They wanted us to cancel the reservations. We had to have a friend and trip.com call and they finally agreed to let us stay. We are foreigners that haven’t been out of China and are vaccinated. Pure discrimination.

The location was perfect! The room was very nice, the bed extremely comfortable! But for non-Chinese travelers make sure they will let you stay. It seems the capital of Shanxi Province still has an extremely small town mentality when it comes to dealing with us. After getting my assistant to talk to them (complain) about the unfair trea**ent from an international hotel chain they relented and let me stay the night.

衞生：挺乾淨，打掃的也好
設施：我很滿意這個酒店，該有的都有沒有華而不實的，簡潔簡便，雖然是臨街房間但是關上窗子也很安靜，床品也很舒服
環境：一街之隔就是茂業購物中心，周邊便利店一邊一個，各種商店齊全
服務：前台專業禮貌，早餐還可以
如果茂業這邊掉頭堵車，可以選擇在星巴克打車上下也很方便，總之我很滿意這次選的酒店

好停車，小區裏面停車也安全，過年沒有早餐 給了麪包什麼的。
服務人員還是很熱情的，還幫着引導者停車，美中不足的是被褥不是特別乾淨。
