I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

One of the best hotels in Tai An. Room is clean. Service is excellent. My son has diarrhea and dirtied the bed. Service staff was very understanding and happy to help change the bedsheets and blanket not once but twice. Hotel even changed the room for us so that we can have a clean room. I have nothing but the best to say about this hotel.
