We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff were to our needs as a family with a newborn. They thoughtfully placed us in a quiet part of the hotel, which made a huge difference in ensuring our baby could rest peacefully. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, especially families. We will definitely be coming back!

Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of the Philippines, Taal Vista offered us a truly memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that permeated throughout our entire experience. The room was impeccably clean, exuding a sense of comfort and relaxation. The breathtaking view of the Taal Volcano from our window was simply mesmerizing, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay. We found ourselves captivated by the beauty of nature right outside our doorstep. The accommodations provided exceeded our expectations in every way. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. During our time at Taal Vista, we had the opportunity to indulge in the culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurants. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine. We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Lee Boutique Hotel. The room that we got in was a 2 bedroom suite with sala, small dining area and 2 rest rooms which is almost comparable to rooms in 4 to 5 star hotel. Room ambiance was so good, our kids even preferred to eat meals inside the room instead of dining out. The beddings are so soft, smooth and smells good that we're able to sleep comfortably. Its just an overnight stay and we can say that we've got the relaxation that we wanted. Thank you Lee Boutique staff for nice accomodation. We will surely consider going back to this hotel on our next visit.

They gave us a nice and clean room as well. One of the best staycation we had, kudos to their delicious breakfast 🍽️☕. All in one resort and hotel plus restaurant and coffee shop. A walking distance to Picnic Grove, convenience store and church. They are so welcoming and polite.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

This is a very nice hotel with very courteous, friendly, and professional staff. We ate at the hotel several times. The food is good. The prices are reasonable. The breakfast is buffet on weekends and Filipino/American selection on weekdays. We left a few days early because it was rainy (not the hotel's problem, obviously) though we did go on a driving tour and a boat trip around the lake, which was a little expensive but enjoyable.

Conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation, the Hotel made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional value.

Just checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict. Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.
