However, there were a few exceptions, notably the foreign staff in the lounge bar, who provided exceptional service. - Eco-Friendly Concept: Despite promoting ”well-being” and ”eco-friendliness,” the hotel's practices felt inconsistent. For instance, the unlabeled and the unsealed water pitcher in our room, supposedly containing Fuji spring water, left us uneasy. Additionally, the bathroom's plastic cups were scratched and cloudy, lacking cleanliness.
