The TV didn't work but we didn't bother contacting the front desk to get it fixed.
The beds were really soft, they probably need to be replaced (unless you like really soft beds).

Great! Super friendly welcome, easy checkin, appreciated coffee in the morning. And thought the lobby was lovely. Windows were a little drafty and the bed a little soft for us. Loved the bedding. A larger TV would have been nice.

Room was excellent, close to the museum where I was producing a comedy show. The ladies at the front desk were great, so friendly. I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful especially at check-in. Parking was easy and also convenient to the hotel. The location was excellent for our event at Syracuse University and to dining. We would stay there again.

The hotel is old, but well maintained and comfortable. A few restaurants are within walking distance. Pleasant hotel staff/reception.

What a disappoin**ent. My wife and I stayed in room 414. The room smelled musty, the television did not work and the heater sounded like a freight train as it went on and off every 20 minutes. I had stayed at this hotel twice before; this will be my last time. My wife jokingly commented that that had to be one of the worst hotel stays ever.... I concur.
Ironically, a friend of mine was in 404 and her television did not work as well. Perhaps the staff should check that the televisions work before renting out a room.

Spencer at the front desk could not have been any more helpful or accommodating. He represents the Parkview hotel well. The Parkview is our preferred place to stay when visiting Syracuse.
