Huge big rooms, very comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Must mention Lubna who was professional and helpful. The hotel looks slightly jaded. Also the entrance is horrible. The Hotel has its reception on the 5th floor which you access through an old rickety wobbly lift. The roof top swimming pool is a big disappoin**ent. Despite being a small tub sized pool, they close it for the flimsiest of reasons. The breakfast too does not inspire and could do with a makeover. Nevertheless for Sylhet city, I would recommend this hotel as the GO-TO hotel!

It was a nice family trip and we enjoy our stay at hotel. But our are selection was wrong we stay to much crowded area. Overall service is good but need renovations at rooms specially. Roof top is huge but not properly maintain . Breakfast is good too and we enjoy it

Had a great experience. Long story short, the service really amazed me. They have Fluent speaking Executive's which lead me to no confusion understanding anything. They are well educated. Rooms are so so I had two rooms in total. One was quite spacious than the other one. You will love their Buffet Dinner. Haven't had good flavourful food in a while. Coffe shop looks really peaceful to me. & when it rains you can hear the sound from coffe shop from the Aquarium on top looks like a tomb. But they should have swimming tiers I had to wear life jackets lol Overall I'm giving you guys 5 star coz you deserve it

So poor after going there to stay after 11 years still the same and lacking In condition in room doors in bathroom gets jammed got stuck 4 times never sent a fly to fix it seems like a ghost house now

Bathroom was in poor condition, the toilet plunger was broken and when reported nothing was done about it
Bed springs were solid and dug into my skin
Ordered room service, paying premium i expected decent meal, less then adequate
Chicken was tiny portion with most uneatable as it was burnt, when complained to room service it was pretty much tough luck its been charged on our system and you cant complain at reception as they cant do anything.
For the amount of money paid the experience was very poor..avoid this place

This hotel is very expensive.. When i checked in i thought this hotel will be very amazing but i saw in the room..room wasn’t clean properly. Very smoke smail.and not good security. Bathtubs stopper dirty and water coming yellow

Hotel staff breached privacy by entering my room while I was changing using master key in the name delivering fruit basket. I could not get chance to respond after they knocked and the door was already opened. They said they have briefed housekeeping about it and will take action. I asked for a written apology which I never received neighther did the manager cared to call and apologise after I complained at the front desk. Their doors do not have security locks from inside, so this is a high risk to privacy. I never faced such awkward situation anywhere even at cheaper hotels I stayed across the globe.
