During the mid-term holiday at the end of March 24, I traveled from Melbourne to Sydney by myself. It was my first time staying in a youth hostel. I chose this youth hostel based on the reviews.
The youth hostel is on the 6th floor. There is an elevator upstairs, so you don’t have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.
This youth hostel should be run by Koreans. Most of the guests are Koreans. The Korean lady at the front desk has a very good attitude.
The youth hostel has very strict silence rules. It doesn’t matter in the public area, but remember to bring headphones when you return to your bed. Everyone abides by it very well.
When each guest first checks in, a clean blanket, a large bath towel and a small shower gel will be placed on the bed.
There is a wall lamp on the wall of the bed, with a separate switch. Each bed has 2 sockets, but 2 conversion plugs cannot be plugged in at the same time, but one socket is enough.
Each room has a row of storage cabinets, one bed and one cabinet. The storage space is large enough for a suitcase with a length, width and height of 140cm + a schoolbag. Remember to bring your own lock.
I haven’t used the public kitchen, so I won’t comment on it. Remember to label your things in the refrigerator.
