The room studio grand appt had all required. It’s just very dated. The whole hotel needs a renovation. However we were all very comfortable.
Great location right at kings st wharf.

The location is superb. The staff were friendly but unfortunately my room had no air conditioning. I made attempted requests to fix to no avail. I should have demanded a room change but expected that the problem would be resolved. I was disappointed with the wear and tear of the rooms we stayed in. There was mould in one of the bathrooms and the windows were dirty. One of the taps in the kitchen broke. There were tears in the loungeroom upholstery. For the price I paid I was disappointed. The staff tried hard but the air conditioning was not resolved which ruined my stay.

Old property in need of renovation. Stained floors, shower didn’t work properly, low head height in the showers, broken rubbish bin. Great location

Central location right on King Street Wharf plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Captain Cook harbour cruises from the wharf. Nearest train & light rail at Wynyard just 12mins walk.
Full laundry and kitchen facilities plenty of room to relax also a large balcony. Recommended

Room was clean upon arrival, but found the cleaners forgot to empty the bin under the sink, the room was very run down and needs upgrading, toilet roll holder was broken and there was water dripping from a vent when the Aircon was on in the bedroom, when we got back from watching the fireworks we found a cockroach in the room. When I asked to get the room cleaned, the cleaners did everything except for stocking up more toilet paper and vacuuming the floor. The view was spectacular though.
