The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Quando chegamos ao hotel, ficámos surpreendidos com a localização, não se pode aproximar da entrada do parque, literalmente, passos de distância.O check-in em processo foi rápido e fácil. A sala e a propriedade são bonitas e bem mantidas, e Mais importante ainda é limpa.A sala é grande e TEM UMA cozinha que é sempre bonita quando viaja com poucas pessoas.E também têm lavandaria no local. A piscina é pequena, MAS bonita e TEM UMA vista incrível. O único negativo que tenho sobre o hotel é que não há ginásio, nenhum serviço de quarto, e a hospitalidade poderia ter sido melhor. Estava a pensar ficar outra noite e havia quartos disponíveis, mas decidi verificar, chamei e pedi para um check-out tardio, e o recepcionista negou com orgulho o nosso pedido, dizendo que não tinham suficientes guardas de casa e Portanto, não podia ficar com o check-out tardio, nem mesmo uma hora. Se não fossem vendidos e tivessem muitas quartos para limpar, por que não seria permitido o check-out tardio? Quando eu o fiz, era rápido e fácil, mas eles não parecem apreciar o nosso negócio. Só se você declarar que você receberá um e-mail. Não “obrigado por ficar conosco e esperamos que você volte”. Não menos importante, se voltarmos para visitar Zion, que tenho a certeza que vamos, definitivamente vamos ficar aqui novamente.

Our stay at Wildflower Resort was fantastic! The spacious suite offered a comfortable bed and a surprisingly strong shower, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Zion. But the true stars were the amenities - the hot tub was pure relaxation, and the complimentary S'mores kit added a delightful touch of cozy fun. Overall, the resort provided excellent value for the price. Highly recommend it!

普通汽車旅館，基本配置，衞生不錯，位置很好，自駕或搭乘景點班車都很方便，早餐在同類住宿中屬於很不錯的。在當地住宿選擇中屬於性價比較好的，推薦入住。

The hotel is well-furnished, and the staff there are really nice! The hotel breakfast was great, and they gave out snack bags and fruit for guests for their road trips!

All stuffs are very nice, room is large and clean. Everything is perfect

Super hôtel très propre avec piscine et jacuzzi, petit déjeuner très bien. Beaucoup de restaurant au tour parking gratuit. Je conseille.

I got a $47 a night price so I can’t complain too much. The amenities for the kids is great-pool, hot tub, basket ball court, mini golf. The building shows its age but that doesn’t bother me staying at a place if it is clean. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. My main and only complaint was the towels. The entire point of white hotel towels is you can bleach them and people can see they are clean. The towels were so old they don’t bleach the dirt out anymore and they are still using them or their washing facilities don’t work. Why? This is an easy fix and they felt too gross to use for me. All 3 wash cloths were dingy looking and one had a clear lipstick mark on it that hadn’t washed out. Of the three towels I got only one looked clean enough to use. People can be ok with an aging building Red Lion if things are clean. This is an easy fix. I might stay here again at that deal, but it’s a definite maybe.

While the room and breakfast were decent having the housekeeper/manager barge open my door( grateful for the latch which prevents opening the door!!!) even though my car was parked in front of my room was very unprofessional along with my now missing $100 cash deposit which I was not refunded while I was at the location and rather than refunding me with a check or a digital form it was placed in the mail and as of today I have not received it. I have traveled all over the world and for these above mention reasons I do not recommend this hotel
