Great hotel that looks like an apartment complex. Buffet Breakfast was simple, a few hot choices, and had daily pancakes so my kids were happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Small clean gym and outdoor pool with sitting area. The 2 bedroom was perfect with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress needs to be thrown away and replaced as it was badly stained. So we just slept on the couch. Will stay again.

Great stay! Friendly atmosphere! Heated pool and hot tub were nice and my kids loved it! They also enjoyed “working out” in the fitness area. Would stay again if we are back that way!

Stayed one night. Hotel was clean and modern.

We arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person. All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal. The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with ”cloudy” glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away. One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see. Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel.

Room was clean, and the staff was friendly. All around a good stay with no issues.

Jasmine NOS certificou de podermos ficar no Mesmo piso Como outros membros Da minha família.O estacionamento era perfeito.A piscina estava quente e limpa, com a excepção de algumas folhas. O pequeno-almoço estava BEM, não as melhores escolhas de comida, MAS decente.A única questão que tínhamos era navegar a cama de sofá (erro de usuário).Em geral, recomendaria este hotel.

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.

Equipe muito simpática e prestativa. O quarto era de um tamanho decente e o banheiro era pequeno. Paredes finas como papel, pois podíamos ouvir a pessoa no quarto ao lado espirrando, tossindo, etc. Ficamos animados com a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem, mas após uma inspeção mais detalhada, não parecia nada limpo. O café da manhã não foi muito bom. A equipe de limpeza foi simpática e nos deu toalhas em troca das toalhas sujas, pois não precisávamos que o quarto fosse limpo.
