With 6 bedrooms (5 conforming), the house sleeps 14 comfortably (without even using sofas)! Downstairs is a second living room and separate game room with foosball, and arcade game. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 20 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house.Other things to note- DreamVale Chalet is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.- There is a flat, circular driveway that can fit 3-4 vehicles, plus 2 more parking spaces right in front of the house along the street- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. Please disconnect the hose when done, especially in cold weather when it could freeze.- Always put the cover on the hot tub when not in use - this keeps the hot tub warm & filled with water. Using the plastic clips helps keep it from blowing off.- For safety reasons, please don’t add chemicals to the hot tub yourself. If the water looks murky or has a smell, let us know, and we'll have our hot tub expert come by to treat it.- Do not drain the hot tub.- There's no need to turn off the hot tub. GARBAGE & TRASH: Do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Garbage & trash attract wildlife, which could endanger you & damage the property.All garbage & trash is disposed of into trash bags, placed within the animal resistant trash bin, & with the lid securely closed. Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time.
