One of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. Our room was beautifully appointed — comfortable, stylish, and the kind of space you genuinely don’t want to leave. The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Reception is attentive and client oriented. Paid upgrade to Garden view (to get king bed instead of twin bed) was not worth it. Breakfast very good and restaurant Attiko top notch. Although tried to reserve Folie Beach sunbeds in advance, got as hotel guest only on a waiting list. Quiet embarrassing. Hotel’s own beach sunbeds are not so comfy and too close to Holiday Inn’s beach.

Eu tive a estadia Mais surpreendente no hotel, e EU estava bem-vinda por um gentil homem que me certificou de estar satisfeito com o MEU quarto e me colocou para lugares que EU Queria ir. O hotel é muito limpo com vistas incríveis da cidade de Yalikavak. Muito perto dos restaurantes à frente do oceano e também da Marina. Não posso recomendar este lugar o suficiente. Não mencionar o pequeno-almoço que foi incluído, absolutamente incrível. Estou tão grato à coisa, eles foram incríveis e vou voltar em breve!

I liked our apartment with a little bit of sea view and it was clean. The staff was always very friendly and with the help of the guest relationship manager, everything could be organized. The breakfast was good and the pool areas nice for a swim.

Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel & Spa is very good, beautiful location, and good service and very nice staff. Mr Mustafa and Mrs Kenica at reception are very nice and helpful. Bartender Farhad is also very nice. The food and the staff in the restaurants are very nice and helpful. Perfect hotel with incredible good service.

WE WENT RIGHT BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE SO THERE WASN’T ALOT OF PEOPLE Good stuff: the place has amazing views, the sea the nature the beach the white and blue themed buildings, beautiful trees and flowers, the interior design is nice as well, staff are super nice and welcoming Beach and pool were so clean and constantly maintained throughout the day. Everything you’d need for the beach will ne provided (towels, long chairs, umbrellas …etc) They also have some nice free activities during the day. Breakfast was nice, wide variety of foods and drinks, we unfortunately didn’t get the all inclusive option which would’ve been better. The lobby area is so clean and there is a beautiful terrace that you can use to chill. They allowed us to keep our pet in the room, which is nice, but they mentioned that it’s usually not allowed even tho i have called before going and the told me that’s pets are welcomed. (Also they asked us to be in the room when the room cleaning is being done) Bad Stuff: The location isn’t very accessible by feet you’d have to walk a bit before reaching the point where u’d be able to take transportation to the city or just request a taxi from the hotel ( 250 TL TO CITY CENTER) The food in the hotel is expensive (Airport Prices) we ended up ordering from outside using delivery apps, they deliver to the entrance of the hotel so you’d have to go all the way there to pick it up. A lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us much because we didn’t have any old people or kids with us. THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE WAS SO BAD COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE They always forget to change a few things or put extra stuff in the room( towels, bathroom stuff, sheets, iron…) the floor in the room isn’t cleaned well, basically they do below the minimum when it comes to house keeping, although you can request anything that’s missing and they’ll get it sorted. They leave the cleaning stuff and the room essentials outside on the floor, you’d find some trash as well which is bad to see. When you call to make a request expect a delay in response or they may even forget to fulfill it, so you’d have to go to the reception to sort it out.
