A nice boutique hotel, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast not a wide spread but definitely sufficient. They also served hot porridge per order. We asked for half boil egg, they gladly do for us. All staff from the front desk to the breakfast, helpful and friendly. Facilities only a pool but that is not what we go for so is fine. We ae happy with this hotel.

The perfect hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh with all the entertainment only minutes walk away from the hotel. Hotel is very nice and room are very well designed. Staff is very friendly and food in the skyward is very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for business or holiday travel in Phnom Penh.

My stay coincided with the king’s coronation holiday and I was certainly in for treat! Three nights of fireworks, how lucky! I even got to witness a ceremony of sorts from my room window (red carpet and the full works). The hotel’s location is amazing with unmatched views of the Royal Palace, Wat Botum Park and from the rooftop infinity pool on the 12th floor, a breathtaking view of the river! Just a short walk on the main road, you’ll find a small Daily Mart with necessities, the victory monument just across the road, and Brown Cafe (it’s not the only branch but it’s the coolest-looking one with a little glass house centre and good cold drip coffee). While the hotel doesn’t have a gym, Phnom Penh is a relatively walkable city and you can definitely get your steps in while exploring. Don’t miss the sunset - absolutely stunning from the pool. You can order food from the restaurant (the hotel’s only restaurant on the 11th floor) and they’ll serve it to you poolside. Breakfast and the food at the hotel’s restaurant is average at best and you’re much better off having it at Brown Cafe just 2 min walk from the hotel, or any of the local eateries nearby. When I checked in, the hotel upgraded me to a deluxe king room but I noticed a strong smell of turpentine or some chemical sealant that stung my eyes. It was likely from some recent repair works. Turning up the AC and opening the windows solved it. Bonus points for the bedding - super comfortable. Had the best sleep and there were mornings where I had to pull myself out of bed. But the best part of this comfortable fuss-free hotel is the warm hospitality and service from the hotel staff. They truly made my stay feel like a home away from home. Special shoutout to Thiya from the front desk for helping me out when I broke a glass in the bathroom, and for his patience with my incessant queries. I’ll certainly be back!

Fiquei em uma suíte familiar com 2 camas de solteiro, que é um quarto conjugado com dois banheiros com chuveiro. A sala é espaçosa e tem até um sofá comprido, fazendo com que pareça uma sala de estar. O quarto também possui duas varandas onde você pode sentar e apreciar a vista de Phnom Penh com uma xícara de café. A localização é excelente para turistas que desejam explorar os lugares famosos de Phnom Penh. Também está convenientemente perto de comida de rua e cafés. Há uma loja chamada Super Duper, que pode parecer distante no mapa, mas na verdade fica a uma curta distância. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e o café da manhã era bom. E devo mencionar que a vista da suíte familiar com 2 camas de solteiro era absolutamente incrível!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and peaceful environment throughout the stay. Everything felt well managed and comfortable. I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again.

和朋友一起入住，大家都覺得還挺滿意的。房間乾淨，空調給力，熱水也穩定。服務特別驚艷，都很到位，讓人住得舒服。

The hotel is brilliantly located and has amazing views from the top floor. The rooms are large but with little hanging area. The beds are large and hard but comfortable. Room service and housekeeping is haphazard. Some days your room is serviced other days not. The staff are friendly, breakfasts are okay but limited choice of fresh fruit and veg. The pool area is crammed with around 10 beds squeezed in to one side of the terrace but do have shade. Great value and would likely return.

A festa estava rolando quando cheguei. As pessoas estavam gritando, cantando e dançando. Já me hospedei no Bliss & Beats algumas vezes — é basicamente um bar normal e tranquilo que aumenta o volume da música à noite. Também fiquei no Mad Monkey numa sexta à noite e não tinha música nem festa, só duas pessoas se esfregando no corredor e uma pessoa andando de cueca, então não era bem uma festa louca, só um hostel meio sem graça. O 88 era diferente. O 88 era mais animado que uma balada, era nível de show. Mas também era nível de barulho de show, e isso é doloroso para os meus ouvidos autistas e com zumbido. Mesmo com a festa rolando no primeiro andar, o quarto tipo cápsula no segundo andar não estava barulhento. Eu ainda conseguia ouvir a música, mas o barulho dos ventiladores incomodava mais. Fiquei lá só uma hora e matei duas baratas. Os banheiros pareciam sujos. Metade dos aparelhos de ar condicionado do quarto tipo cápsula com 18 camas estava quebrada. O dono achou que eu fui grosseiro, mas não entendi o motivo. Nós dois usamos palavrões e elevamos a voz quase no mesmo tom. Eu estava irritado porque demoraram muito para me avisar que o ar condicionado estava quebrado e eu estava morrendo de calor. Isso não justifica a minha reação e me envergonho de ter perdido a cabeça. Não entendi por que ele ficou bravo comigo, mas mesmo assim me reembolsou o valor total que paguei no Trip.com, apesar de o Trip.com ter feito a reserva pelo Agoda, então ele não recebeu o valor total (aliás, o Agoda também reserva pelo Trip.com às vezes, e isso faz com que ambas as plataformas tenham problemas com reembolsos, porque primeiro precisam receber o reembolso da outra plataforma). Tentei devolver a diferença que ele estava perdendo, mas ele enfiou o dinheiro na minha mochila enquanto eu esperava o Grab. No geral, o atendimento ao cliente foi bom, então recomendo este lugar para se hospedar se você não se importa com limpeza e quer ficar perto da festa. Você também pode aproveitar a experiência sem se hospedar no local, pois o bar é aberto ao público.

the room is clean and suitable with the price, not too expensive and not too cheap. i love how the receptionist here is being friendly and respectful. if you looking for a place that peaceful & no loud musics here, this is the best place you can choose. probably come back for the next stay:)
