The unit is excellent and deserves 10/10. Very clean, very spacy, overlooking beautiful Svolvaer harbor.
However, service was terrible. When we arrived at the property, no reception was available. We asked for help at Nordis Restaurant. A good man there contacted Nordis Apar**ents and gave us a key. Until now, we received an email from Nordis Apar**ents to use KEYCODE to enter the unit.
But there was NO KEYCODE. We used the key to enter the unit.
So overall rating is 5/10 while property is 10/10.
If the Apar**ents management improves the service, Nordis shall receive overall excellent rating 10/10.
