I have stayed in this resort hotel twice. Overall, the experience is good and worth recommending. The room is large, well-equipped, with a large balcony. The executive room has a capsule coffee machine and the bed is very comfortable. The variety and quality of breakfast are quite good, and the service is also online. The concierge is very active. I arrived at more than 11 o'clock in the evening, and there was someone on duty to take my luggage. This really deserves special praise! The surrounding environment of the hotel is shown in the picture for reference

I had such a relaxing time at the Pullman Hotel. The service at this hotel is one that is professional and accommodating. The location of the restaurant is great, as there are so many restaurants and malls within the same are. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was a bit small, but nonetheless, it got the job done. My favorite place in the room was the bathroom. The aesthetics of the bathroom was really lovely and it was so clean. I did wish there was more of a variety of Western Style food being offed at breakfast. Overall, this is an exemplary hotel.

This hotel should be the best hotel in Taicang City~ and the price is very affordable~ so there are quite a lot of people~ and there are quite a lot of children~ I stayed in room 1527, the room was very hot~ it was also hot at night~ and the room was very dry, people with allergies and rhinitis should pay attention~ Facilities: There are no special facilities, only automatic curtains, and the toiletries are relatively simple~ Environment: There is a park and a shopping mall around, and nothing else Service: Generally OK, they will respond enthusiastically They have a Chinese restaurant and a buffet, we decisively chose the buffet, the price is worth the food~ and there are resident singers~ the children are very happy~ There are few varieties of breakfast~ I hope the hotel can add a few more toppings for noodles~ otherwise the noodles will not taste good after eating them all~ Then complain: When I booked, I noted that I brought a child, how to put the bed, but in the end there were no toiletries for the child, and the position of the bed was not right~ This made me feel that I didn't pay attention~ Since you have noted it, you haven't done it well. There is also a problem with the extra bed. We only stayed for one night, and there were only three of us. In order not to squeeze one bed, they did not give us a free extra bed, but charged us (not very humane). Reminder: this hotel has no fence ~

Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.
