The service is impeccable! We stayed for 5 nights there, and enjoyed everyday! The view is stunning from our room, especially in the evening. They provide different gifts and treats for the evening turndown service. The breakfast was delicious and you can order from the menu plus buffet. Everything is perfect.

Nearly perfect Hotel with quite good service, location and view. Outstanding performance from Sonny in the Bar at 115, he was able to make a few cocktails (not in Menu) fit to my taste. So nice to have a bar with live music and D-Jane. Thats very seldom nowadays in Hotels.
Little Con: The bright carpets at living floors need to be changed asap due to looking really bad.

During our recent business trip, we had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Niccolo Suzhou. The hotel's impressive stature as the tallest building in the area added an extra touch of grandeur to our experience. Remarkably, our room was situated on the 106th floor, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding lake.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Victor, whose exceptional hospitality truly enhanced our stay. His thoughtful gesture of upgrading all of us to a lake view room made our time at Niccolo Suzhou even more memorable and enjoyable.
Overall, our experience at Niccolo Suzhou was nothing short of exceptional. We were able to combine business with leisure in a setting that exuded elegance and offered unparalleled views.

Best view of Suzhou! Great experience with Niccolo Suzhou for a 2days trip with warm hospitality and service. Even I’m 3days ahead of birthday, Kira gave me a birthday cake as gift. Much appreciated. Also night bed with 2 chocolates is also really considering. Thanks for your host!

The biggest selling point for this hotel is its spectacular Birds Eye view of the surrounding area. The pool which is on 117th floor is unfortunately only for water splashing as the fan shape stops people from doing proper swimming which is a bit of shame. The price difference between the lake facing and and high rise facing is quite a big gap. Worth paying for that extra ? Not really !! The breakfast is nice enough but the view you get if you are lucky enough to get a window table is better.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the staff.
I would especially like to praise the sales manager, kira, for her outstanding professionalism and attentiveness. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The Niccolo Hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The modern and stylish decor created a welcoming atmosphere, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep.

Generally very good, location is excellent to explore new part of the city, clean, views are literally brilliant, nice breakfast and nice service but the staff clearly lacks english communication skills and attention to details at the level you expect from such a cozy place. For instance reception forgot to brief us on the breakfast and pool/gym location and hours. Our desire to get an additional blanket resulted in a very difficult conversation with the staff, cause my Mandarin is quite basic while the staff couldn't understand English completely. As a result we've got a plate, not a blanket cause in Mandarin they sound alike). After that I've checked the hotel's website again and yes, it says that Niccolo's staff speaks English and even Italian. A truly misleading statement. When we managed to order room service (Niccolo thanks again for Mandarin lesson) - what was left of our dinner we parked in a tray outside our room and it stayed there surprisingly for almost twelve hours cause no one actually cared of taking it away while we were afraid of engaging in another conversation with reception. So, if you are not a good Mandarin speaker I would strongly recommend to think twice before coming here. While again - the hotel itself is really great.
