Located in the middle of a shopping center, it was a little bit difficult to find. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was adequate.

The room itself was nice and clean, even though some things seemed broken and would need some renovations. The location was great with lots of restaurants and shops surrounding it.
The hotel staff at the front desk was really really unfriendly.

真的永遠會被細節打動，訂到喜歡的酒店很開心，畢竟住宿也是旅行中很重要的一部分。1.地理位置很方便，位於地鐵1號線星湖街出口，距離金雞湖很近，酒店樓下早餐店，蘇州特色麪館，超市，商場都應有盡有；2酒店安全完全不用擔心，樓下有保安，進出房間也是門禁制；3.洗浴用品都很齊全，洗衣烘乾機都有，真的很適合大夏天出來旅遊，出了一天汗，直接扔洗衣機就ok，真的很方便，洗浴用品也都是品牌的，用着安心；4.前台小姐姐很有耐心，遇到問題可以隨時溝通。總之這次的住宿體驗方方面面都很棒，下次來還住，哈哈。

房間很乾凈，鏡子擦的很好，淋浴間有防滑墊。服務態度也很好，周邊是生活圈，有安靜需求的話晚上需要關窗。開空調的話會有一點聲音，總體還是很滿意的～

酒店的安全措施做得非常到位，各方面都挺好。參加蘇州金雞湖馬拉松提前預訂的這家酒店，非常滿意，為了方便住客跑馬，還特意把早餐時間提前。
