Tongli Lake Resort (Phase II)

滿意的一次度假，前台小姐姐很nice，還有養生夜宵，早餐也不催，啊哈哈

還可以，挺不錯的

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

This resort is truly an amazing place to visit in Suzhou. Very clean , beautiful and children oriented. There are hardly any part of it that doesn’t have any activity for babies. The behaviours of staffs are also up to the mark and more specifically the lady named Yu Ting was very co-operative.

😷前每年都會帶孩子和家人來住，三年後再來，娛樂設施比以前多了許多，更適合帶小孩來玩了。雖然裝修沒有以前看着那麼新了，但還是挺乾淨的，房間沒有異味。 特別誇一下酒店服務員小哥哥康文傑，五一假期最後兩天入住人比較多，拿到房卡已經下午四點，第二天麻煩小哥幫忙申請延遲兩小時退房，走時又馬大哈忘了開票，也是小哥哥幫忙開票快遞給我，服務超好！

和親戚一起出行，來蘇州和同裏古鎮，古鎮旁邊的這家酒店性價比挺高適合親子或者朋友出行，一樓🈶桌球泳池遊樂設施，酒店有管家服務，感謝管家餘婷，昨晚快十二點了酒店牀頭櫃燈關不上，聯繫管家後電工很快就過來了。 酒店早餐也很豐盛，nice。

設施：設施齊全！太適合帶寶寶了！ 有很多免費的寶寶遊樂區！ 恆温泳池最心水了！太適合小月齡寶寶了！ 寶寶第一次嘗試游泳！直接愛上！ 衞生：衞生整體很滿意！很感激！ 有寶寶的杯子、牙刷！ 還給準備了嬰兒床！ 環境：有親子自行車！小火車！碰碰車！旋轉木馬！還有適合大一點的寶寶的攀爬遊樂區！萌寵餵養區！自助餐廳有寶寶椅 寶寶餐具！ 服務：服務太好了！有專人接待！吃飯有寶寶的都給準備小禮物！房間有送餐服務！無限次給送水果、水等，還給小寶寶準備了牛奶 粥 小餅乾等！

設施：雖然湖景房衹開放了一部電梯，但上下樓速度還算可以接受，電吹風吹起來稍累。 衞生：非常乾淨！ 環境：非常棒！ 服務：房間有個水斗有問題。告知樓道阿姨之後很迅速的來人處理，有求必應，還送了晚間銀耳湯和零食。

房間很乾凈，很喜歡浴室和浴缸，馬桶是TOTO自動化的。陽台也好看。床舒服，小朋友很喜歡，特色服務很多，環境不錯，有好幾個網紅打卡點。每個服務員都很好，要什麼都會給你，還有歡迎水果和寶寶粥。管家很好，整體度假村體驗感很好，下次還會再來。
