크리스마스라 40만원 상당 예약하고 방문 했는데 후문 쪽으로 가서
주차장 진입하려 했으나 경비분이 주차 봉 들면서 눈 부시게 흔들고 만차라고 얘기하는데 눈 아팠어요 만차인거는 알겠고 정문 앞에 사람있으니 거기가서 물어보라고 했고 정문 들어와서 주차하는데 안내도 없어서 알아서 주차했어요 뒤에 경비분 정문 앞 상황도 모르시고 주차 할 자리가 있는지 없는지 실시간으로 아셔야지
그냥 가서 물어보라고 하면 손님들은 주차 어떻게하나요
주차 서비스랑 조식 개선 좀 부탁드리고 나머지는 청결 서비스 괜찮았으며
조식 추가한다고 하니 안내데스크 직원 2분이 여기서 말고 밥 먹고 결제하라고 해서 오전에 일어나 조식 먹고 결제하려고 카드도 들고왔는데 갑자기 또 결제 안해도 된다(?) 퇴실할때 결제하라고 ?.. 분명 안내데스크 직원분이 여기서 결제하라고 했는데요 하니 여기서 해도 되는데 결제 요청을 올려놨다 편히 쉬셔라..? 카드 왜들고 왔나요.. 결국 퇴실할때 결제했어요

분명 트립닷컴 기재된대로 혜택 사항 확인후 예약한건데, 도착해서 호텔측은 원래 안되는건데 잘못 기재되어있었다며 서비스해준다는 식으로 이야기해서 기분이 상했으며.
아직 수영장 오픈이 안되어 제대로 시설 이용할 수 없는데, 이 가격주고 이용하고 싶진 않다.

This hotel surprised me a lot. First thing, my room is very new. Both the bedding and furniture are clean, and the room is spacious. The bathroom and shower are separate. Second, breakfast was very rich and everything was clean. However, I picked a city-view room. The floor is low, and I can't see anything outside the window except the parking lot.
My family and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. I will choose to stay here again next time.
