Great quality and family friendly. Food was really good and a good variety of places to eat. Family room was generously sized and quiet, well positioned away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife.

The hotel was a nice experience.
I would prefer not to have a disabled bathroom, view from room was of weeley bins and very noisy. Pillows too soft.

Super stay at this hotel. They are punching high with really great service from everyone I came into contact with during my stay, from the check in staff, people at the gym and random members of staff who I walked past. The pool and spa area are nice. The car park was packed so I was worried it might be noisy at night, but I had no issues and would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice Valentines stay at the Belfry. All facilities are good and the meal at the Ryder restaurant was great! We had cocktails in the bar to close the evening.
The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. It was lacking an iron which got dealt with within the hour.
Our request for two wine glasses to the room never got fulfilled even after multiple calls to guess services. This was a disappointment from the high end service I hoped the Belfry was to offer.

Lovely friendly staff, great live entertainment in the main bar on the Saturday night. The room was very clean and fresh with a very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Would stay here again.

Staff at check in were very friendly & when there was a mix up with my room I was given a bottle of Prosecco as an apology. The room was very comfy and well equipped, except for the shower that dripped & the bottom of the bathroom door was a mess
