The hotel is small but since it was a nearby hotel to my relatives in Sutton Coldfield. However, overall the hotel is not bad and quiet, the restaurant provides a wide variety of British brewage

Our stay was really nice & things were made so much easier by Emily who greeted us on arrival & Kathy who was very helpful throughout. The soap in the bathroom was a nice touch & the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely return soon.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and had everything you would need, also the pub next door the food was very good and the cooked breakfast was good also

Kerry was fantastic on reception, super attentive, friendly and welcoming! Kerry was very accommodating to our need for early check in too! Room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable and the extra pillows and fan in the room was also a plus! Lovely stay!!

When speaking to the receptionist she agreed and just said it was a very old building. If we had known not to expect any sleep we wouldn’t have stayed here.

As usual an amazing stay here. We won't stay anywhere else now. The reception staff are so friendly. Kerry as usual was really welcoming with little treats for us all. Looking forward to our next visit in June! Again, thank you for the amazing welcome!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, nice modern and very clean rooms. Special shout out to Emily who was extremely helpful. If I were to visit again I would definitely consider stay here again. I would also highly recommend friends and family to stay here as well.

Really lovely, lots of parking and has a little children's play area. Special shout out to Emily for helping us out and making check in so quick and easy for us. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying at this Premier Inn

Having read some earlier reviews I was slightly apprehensive before I arrived. I need not have worried. The hotel may be slightly faded, but the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast excellent.
