there are lots of dirty stains in the waredrobe, conditions of the room is not similar to the photos, lots of holes/stains on the wall. there are also insects crawling around and cockroaches, feels bad about the cleanliness. no housekeeping unless you stay for more than a week, you can request for it but you have to pay, same as towel changing.
blankets are "provided" placed inside the waredrobe
overall, the hotel is quite old but it is at the good location and includes parking lot.

Great location with good river view. Generally to say it’s ok. the table and sofa in the room is looking very old and with very bad looking marks and scratches on and the wall in the toilet looks dirty too. There are something this Hotel can try to improve to make things looking better.

The place is cheap in a decent location with the nearest tram stop a 5 - 10 minute walk away. The spa didn't work and the manager didn't help us with our 6 bags but the pool was nice enough. There were ***** in the bedding, so we had to go to reception for new bedding and carry them ourselves back to the room, but the the reception staff were polite about it.

We stayed at new year’s eve for 3 nights
The location is great, near everywhere in walking distance
But we have to pay for cleaning the room and change the towel
The pool is great in front of the lake

Bath tub was disgusting I had to clean it and the black stuff that was coming from wiping it down was disgusting. The jets in the bath didn't even work. The toilet was blocked. Very disappointed

The location was nice short walk to the surfers paradise and pubs. While the service was not as good expected. The room was not properly cleaned, balcony was a bit dirty. We booked for a double bed but they gave us single bedroom. While asked they came to separate our beds after we check in which was waste of our time.
