This place is a clickbait horrible apartment. Do not stay here at all, the photos are a complete lie. First night here the elevator broke and contacting the management was a complete nightmare. Our air conditioner was broken and not working properly, the rooms are messy and disgusting. The skirtings are cracked and ruined and the floor is not even. The windows are are disgusting do not stay here

Ohhh wow, if only we had of seen some of the reviews before we booked and paid for the Premiere Apartments. The name itself is an oxy-moron!! We stayed in the unclean, unhygienic and electrically unsafe ground floor apartment from 17-22 December 2023. Yes, the location and views are fabulous, but that's where the good part ends. We complained to AirBnB after the owner, Tim, simply ignored us. We have now escalated our complaint to Queensland Fair Trading after AirBnB's failure to provide us with a satisfactory response and reasonable compensation for our terrible experience. All we got was the runaround from AirBnB's overseas call centre staff who do not speak or understand the English language properly. AirBnB need to also get their act together. Our problems started from the very beginning. We arrived at the specified location just before 2 pm to pick up the keys as instructed but no one was in attendance and phone numbers we had available to us were not being answered. We eventually received the keys almost an hour later after waiting in the hot summer sun. On our arrival at the apartment, in short, parts of it were filthy, and the rest was generally dirty. There were also several electrical hazards and other fire safety risks which made the property unsafe as well as unhygienic. The dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and other utensils in the kitchen were not washed properly, were greasy and had evidence of old food on the items. Most of the pots also showed evidence of burnt on and uncleaned food. This is a major concern from a food safety perspective. We had to wash everything before we felt it was safe to use anything in the kitchen. Following immediate complaints to the local managing agent, we were provided with a couple of brand-new pots and pans late Sunday afternoon. Staff also attended on Monday 18th to replace the broken kitchen sink tap and some of lightbulbs which were not working throughout the apartment. While these actions were prompt, they in no way address our concerns. Other light fittings were either broken, did not work or only worked intermittently which was linked to when the air-conditioner was turned on. This was also a significant concern to us from an electrical safety perspective. There was also linen dropped down behind the back of the washing machine around the area where the motor is situated. Two people also got locked inside their bedroom due to a faulty door lock which required a significant amount of force to then open the door. Old, young or disabled people would not have been able to open this door. The downstairs fridge leaks onto the floor creating a tripping hazard, the single bed mattresses in one of the bedrooms had broken inner springs protruding from them, the showers were mouldy and caked on dirt was evident on some of the tiled floors in the living areas which we were able to rub with the toes of our shoes. Worst holiday rental ever. 0/5 stars. (See other bad reviews on booking .com sites). My wife arrived late in the afternoon in the heat of summer to find AIRCON BROKEN and no fans. Apartment old and rundown and poorly maintained / cleaned. Nothing like photos (? photoshopped or very old). Pool dirty, not particularly private, totally unappealing. Views marred through grimy windows. No direct access to beach. Unable to contact “service people” re lack of aircon. A night of no sleep and kids up from 0200 (hot and humid). Still unable to contact property managers via phone or messaging despite in business hours. ! Eventually told aircon would not be looked at till later in week. Apartment not inhabitable without aircon during week of 30-33c. Supposed to stay 6 nights but we moved out after first night. My wife and kids returned keys to office and complained about terrible apartment and service to girl sitting at desk eating sweets and playing on her phone and providing no assistance at all. She is then accused of being abusive 😂. It must have been the non threatening, non swearing or shouting, non insulting and non derogatory language she used in front of our young kids 😂😂. Clearly we are the ones out of touch with reality. Refusing to refund our money ! and trying to extort an apology 😂 Please read other bad reviews about this place. Not just an isolated incident.

We stayed in these apartments for the last few years and had a wonderful time. This LAST time (March 2022) was absolutely awful. New owner and management. I would like to see if the owner knows what a bad job the management company is doing - HRSP. The lift wasn't working when we stayed there and we only found out when we arrived and saw a paper sign! We called and they said we could have a refund - but we were already there and had our bags ready to be unpacked! We had to carry my 93 year old father up the stairs in his wheelchair - ALL weekend. But that wasn't as bad as the person on level 6 who had a heart attack 2 weeks prior. He walked up the stairs and stayed there for the whole week until he could come down again. Beyond that - the apartments weren't as clean as they used to be and the management were almost impossible to get a hold of. You need to text or email to some offshore office and then they get back to you 24 hours later. Pathetic. Dryer not working, hairs and bugs on the floors, sea salt caked on the patio doors. I contacted them a week ago about these issues and still no reply. Now I am writing a review. It's too bad because we used to love this place.

the most filthy and unprofessional business i’ve ever dealt with. holes in the roof directly above the shower, broken elevator, grime on the windows and walls all scratched and dirty. terrible customer service, providing no reliable way to contact them. myself and my group of friends that were meant to stay there went and booked another hotel because we felt SO unsafe. also gave us the wrong address to collect the keys from and sent us on a wild goose chase, took us an hour and a half to find our keys. worker i was emailing had so much attitude. would not recommend AT ALL! especially for the price !!!!
