Overall was nice, and I would use again, pool area great, apartment ok, parking great, good area to be in for beach, restaurants and shops just outside the nightlife so quiet. Areas for improvement only get one towel each for a week, had to pay for extra, only 4 coat hangers for 2 people, apartment furniture looked a little tired, apartment serviced after a week but only change of towels and sheets not a clean or vacuum but as said I would use again

Property had very warm outside and inside pools and spas a sauna and gym. Well maintained. However there were no pool towels available and you had to pay $5.00 each to hire a towel which I found annoying so we bought our own towels.
There was a $1.00 for extra toilet paper rolls etc which we found petty for a four star apartment. There is a sign at the front desk with a list of extra charges and the front desk is only open till 4.30 pm during the week and 2.30 on the weekend. Checkin at 2.00 pm was OK. But when our flight home was cancelled at 5.00 pm and we wanted to book an extra night there was nobody to contact other than an emergency number that could not help so we booked a hotel next door.
Hotel located half was between Broadbeach and Surfers and near the tram stop.

Enjoyed my stay. Great pools. Helpful staff. Well-equiped kitchen. Clean. Spacious.
I missed the not-serviced advice. Not sure how clear it was on the website. Would stay again and pack a little differently.

We always stay at the Marrakesh Apartments as we love it, it’s a great size, excellent location and the rooms and staff are excellent. I always recommend it as a great place to stay - just finished our 9th stay at the Marrakesh

Great property, pay the extra and get the superior room, better furniture and position as well as bigger balcony, beautiful resort style pool area and garden.
Really enjoyed our stay !

Nice place with great location for both surfers and Broadbeach . Bowls club with great bar right next door . Room we had is a little tired . Old bathroom . Light in bedroom didn’t work . Main grip all be it quite small , lack of a coffee tale in lounge so no where to put your drink and unfortunately we used the milk in the fridge that had obviously not been tracked if in date as all congealed in bottom of cup .

The apartment itself was fine but the extras around it very limited. For us we were better off in a hotel because of all the extras - breakfast, services etc. This is suitable for a family. Also limited choices for cafes restaurants walking distance from apartment.
