The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

Hotel was quite ok . Break was very good 😌. Recipton staff wa good . But room service was poor. Location is excellent for business person. It is very near to main surat railway station. And very lively area. Textille market is walking distance for textille business person.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Fantastic experience with Park Inn Radisson Surat.. Chief manager Mr Sahoo was very very helpful and courteous as well.. We were lost inside the city while driving from Mumbai and Mr Sahoo came to pick us nearby to the hotel which was very nice of him.. Restaurant on the 7th floor had some lovely Indian dishes and even staff serving Lunch and breakfast was very helpful specially Ms Alpana who was continuously on her toes serving guest including restaurant manager Mr Keshav.. Last but not the least Mr Mohit at reception was very helpful in suggesting nearby places of Visit.. Overall a wonderful experience staying at Park Inn Radison Surat. Chandresh Modi

Stayed in hotel king's heritage in September 2022 for 03 nights. Located near railway station and almost on main road, we found it highly satisfactory. The hotel deserves excellent grading on most of the parameters. Rooms were well maintained, neat and clean including good washroom in form of a glass cubicle with blinds for separation. Complementary breakfast was yummy with good choice of Gujarati and other Indian dishes. Breakfast was served in their restaurant on top floor having indoor as well as outdoor sitting options. Room Service can sometimes be slow but ok. Reception staff are polite and highly cooperative. Lunch and dinner can be had in the hotel restaurant otherwise you can have broad range of options on station road bang opposite the hotel where plenty of eateries exist. Overall very good experience

Hotel under renovation during stay Renovated late at night, a lot of noise, Ctrip did not prompt when booking, which seriously affected sleep. Called the front desk and said that the decoration was ended very early, but ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Best stay almost for a week. Staff were very helpful and good mannered. Very hygienic. Breakfast was also too good. Day to day room service was there. Totally 10 on 10 )

Stayed here from Nov 8 to Nov 11, 2022. Room No 105. The biggest plus point about this property is its location. Situated very close to the Railway station, and in the midst of a buzzing area, with lights, eateries, the bus stand, ice cream shops, mithai shops, and retail stores nearby. Else this is an average place, with an average breakfast. Mediocre rooms, limited amenities. For a budget stay, this is good to go.

The surrounding environment is general, after all, Surat is a small city in India. Hotel hygiene is good, but there are no big windows. So it is damp and damp. Also, the hotel air conditioner is very cold, and it will feel frozen in shorts. The house is damp, the air conditioner has to be kept open, otherwise it is very humid.
