"My stay in Labranda Hotel is really nice, the staff are very nice and very friendly and approachable especially the staff in the restaurant. Andrea and Tina welcome me with their wonderful smile and their jolly personality not only them but the rest or the staff.. The food is also nice.. The room is also clean and smells nice. The housekeeping staff are very nice too, they are always smiling and very hard working.. Overall my stay in Labranda Hotel is awesome and really exceeds my expectation.. to top it all the view of the ocean is very relaxing .."

"Fantástico hotel, a 5 minutos a pé do terminal de ferry e da estação de autocarro.O resort é pequeno, mas faz férias tranquilas, exactamente o que procuramos. A suite do porto, que é uma sala de estar, não foi um balcão, não nos incomodou, apenas para fazer com que outros nos conscienciem.O gel de chuveiro e o champô são marcados Ritual e cheiram bonito. O alimento é fabuloso, o pequeno-almoço é estilo buffet e o jantar (para metade de bordados) é escolhido do menu.Acredita que eles são de Alta qualidade e são recomendados para 2024 por Michelin.Eles até nos deram um saco de pequeno-almoço quando saímos muito cedo. O pessoal é fantástico, amigável e não pode fazer o suficiente para você. Foi o caso da recepção, restaurante até o topo do bar. Todos foram ótimos. A Barra de telhados era um Lugar brilhante para sentar e ver o pôr-do-sol e o ferry vir e IR. A piscina é coberta e aquecida com uma área separada para banho de sol. Há também um par de saunas que você pode usar. A menor gripe, seria bom cortar a parte superior das árvores que bloquearam a vista da terraço do sol. Ficaria aqui de novo para UMA férias frias e relaxantes."

"Service about complains: From my point of view the complains are not taken serious and if you have requests to check refunds, then you need to write emails to customer service as this is not the duty of the reception, which is annoying, time consuming and not customer friendly. Housekeeping: The housekeeping was not done properly. The first day of housekeeping included was not done during regular hours but only after request in the afternoon, the towels/sheets were changed in the evening. However, no cleaning as such like floor was done. Second day no cleaning was performed, even after reminder in the afternoon. Beach: Towels and sun screen have been stolen as we left this unattended on the beach chairs. Therefore, keep always an eye on your belongings if you want to keep the stuff."

"Reservou UMA pausa para o aniversário Da minha esposa e do nosso aniversário de casamento.Secret Escapes, UMA boa empresa, é reservado através de você com voos e recomendações de hotel. Levamos o Stanstead Express para o aeroporto, e o voo para a Croácia de Split não era problema. A transferência para o hotel foi caótica com um transporte compartilhado para o terminal de ferry com outros viajantes, nenhum deles falou a nossa língua e provavelmente eram locais que regressaram a casa ou que estavam de férias. Quando chegamos ao terminal de ferry e superámos as dificuldades linguísticas, a replica de repente percebeu que estavamos na sua lista para ir para o ferry, que estava de saída em dois ou três minutos. A minha esposa e EU, no nosso mid-70s, tivemos que negociar o transporte de nossos casos e a bagagem de mão para o ferry com minutos para armazenamento. Chegamos à ilha de Brac, onde nos apanharam num treinador gigante com cerca de 50 outros viajantes, e finalmente chegamos ao HOTEL e Resorts Labranda, que tinha que arrastar os nossos casos por cerca de 100 metros e depois subir um voo de escadas para a recepção. Depois, NOS disseram que não havia nenhuma portagem, e depois, Quando a nossa reserva foi feita, tivemos que arrastar Mais 200 metros depois de negociar o voo de escadas para o nosso apartamento, que NOS remodelou com um balcão. O hotel está localizado a cerca de vinte minutos a pé da estrada ou a 50-minute a pé da costa e a 5 minutos à praia. Preferimos comer a nossa comida principal na variedade de restaurantes na cidade e depois ter um pequeno snack no hotel à noite, enquanto estávamos em meia-carta.Há Mais para dizer, MAS acabaremos aqui. "Everything was great. Employees are really nice and helpful. Rooms are big, cleaned daily. There is variety od food at every meal. They even have themed diners (world cousines). Unlimited drinks of all kinds. Snacks during the day could be much better. Should put back burgers, fries, pizzas. And have more ice cream flavours. Add a litte bit more animation/entertainment."

"There isn’t much that is “boutique “ about Boutique Camping Bunja, except the location of the site. The actual location is lovely, right on the beach on the lovely island of Brac. But the site itself is a different story. Their publicity material claims “a touch of luxury” amid “privacy”. Beware, you will receive neither. We were given a pitch advertised as 10m x 10m, 100m2. It was nothing of the sort. I have a 7.4 metre motorhome, which they knew, and by their staff’s own admission, it would not fit diagonally across the pitch. In addition, the pitch had two very tall trees on it, one on the left and the other on the right. Both trees leaned into the pitch, meaning that the only way we could fit onto the pitch was wedged awkwardly between the two trees, unable to properly open the awning and looking directly onto the neighbouring pitch from a distance of about 10 feet. Absolutely horrible. So much for the “privacy” they mentioned. On walking around the site, we noticed that the majority of pitches were very close to each other and people and vehicles seemed crammed in. In addition, there are no heges or fences between pitches which might have afforded a little privacy, it is all ‘open plan’ with pitches squashed together, no pitch demarcation signs other than a pitch number making if difficult to identify where one pitch ends and another begins. The shower and toilet blocks were clean and modern, but there were far too few for the number of people. 2 of the 3 fibreglass “shower pods” were apparently out of order during our stay and the one that was open had no extractor, meaning that, in the 35 degree heat, even a cold shower turned the pod into a steam room. Uncomfortable and horrible. The one washing machine was almost impossible to use as there was always a queue to use it. There needed to be at last 3 for the number of people on the site. So much for the claim of “a touch of luxury”. Although the site as a whole is really not as advertised, the staff are lovely: clearly trying to do the job of dealing with unsatisfactory facilities and unhappy customers to the best of their ability. As I was wrangling with the staff about our terrible pitch, another customer told me that their experience had been much the same and that in fact, I was the fifth person to be dissatisfied with their pitch that day! If you’re going to use this site, expect to be squeezed in without any screening between pitches onto a possibility inadequately sized plot and to have to wait if you need to use the showers, toilet or washing machine. On the plus side, the on site bar and restaurant is good, with lovely sea views."

"Wonderful place to stay. We had a great time again at this small family run hotel. The location, rooms, breakfast and helpful staff are just excellent. Croatia is in general becoming more expensive but this place remained very competitive with their prices. Thank you for a great stay!"
