這家是Leading Hotels的選品，為了追星去的邁阿密，然後這家酒店所在的Sunny Isles正是本命住的海岸線，這酒店的好，無法言喻，就是老錢和貴族的服務級別，細節都太棒了，如果有機會去邁阿密，請一定去體驗。確實也是非常適合帶孩子去度假的好地方。大讚阿夸麗娜！ 值得花錢享受的海灘酒店。

Créditos especiais para a Bianca , um brasileira recém contratada que nos surpreendeu muito . Só achei a parte do valet um pouco tumultuada e um pouco demorada , mas não atrapalhou na maravilhosa estadia que tivemos por esses dias .

I’ve stayed here once before and thought it was great but this trip changed my mind. I wouldn’t stay there again and would not recommend it. The room conditions were terrible— the shower didn’t work and they took 4 hours to fix it rather than move me (even though I asked) and while they “fixed it” the water was shut off to the entire room so the kitchen, powder room etc were unusable. Multiple lights in the room didn’t work; one of the telephones didn’t work; one of the TVs didn’t work. They really do not have a professional operation unfortunately. And the staff, including the manager, were not helpful at all when these problems were respectfully brought to their attention. It’s ok though, I just won’t stay there again.

WONDERFUL, beautiful property and beach! We were treated like royalty and wanted for nothing all week. The food was exceptional, the spa was fabulous, but the true stars were the people who work there. They were gracious, polite, kind, generous, and very helpful. The suite upgrade we received was beyond our dreams and made our 40th wedding anniversary celebration so special. Thank you!! Thank you!! We can’t wait to stay at Acqualina again.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! We loved our room our service and our entire experience at this resort, from the moment we got there we were blown away with the amazing service we felt so acknowledged and welcomed there thank you to the entire staff. We will be back again soon.
