It was the worst stay of my life in Nesebar, Bulgaria at Palazzo Hotel, worst service, aggressive people, bad administration, no one, don't go to this hotel one of my friend has been injured by one of palazzos staff,

First of all, the hotel definitely should not be described as a family one as they also host school camps which means that your calm family stay may be interrupted by ca. 100 kids running around, jumping into the pool, taking over the sunchairs and tables in the restaurant, making mess and digging in chafing dishes. Secondly, the hotel definitely has a problem with cleanliness - our room wasn't cleaned for two weeks, the bedlinen was changed only once during our stay, the sunchairs and plastic tables at the pool are filthy - never saw anybody cleaning them. Also water in the pools was really dirty, our swimsuits turned green because of algea and that did not come off after washing; after a few days water was changed and some chemicals were added so the situation (at least in one pool) improved. Nobody uses the paddling pool as it is located right at the doorsteps leading to the shop and it is really messy too. There is also a problem with the air conditioning - the device is installed in a 'living room" and, as it is not very efficient and the room is big, it is not able to cool down the whole apartment properly. The only plus of the hotel is its location - it is placed between Sunny Beach and Nessebar, so the place is not very busy and you can get to the city center or to Old Nesebar in about 30 minutes.
