When he arrived to deliver the tower, housekeeping was quite uncivilised. He rang the doorbell many times. He is not well-versed in communicating with hotel guests. Hotel management must send employees for training on how to interact with hotel visitors. For the next conference in Sungai Petani, I'll stay at the hotel next door. I would not recommend this hotel.
