All staff were super helpful and very accomodating. Really enjoyed my stay. Need to advertise details about limited hotel parking as friend had hire car stolen from adjacent road where he was advised to park. Would visit again.

Friendly woman in the reception when we arrived.
Sadly as a vegan/vegetarian was the breakfast pretty boring, not a lot of options. Would have loved to see vegan pancakes, oatmeal, smoothie, something to have on sandwich hummus/guacamole and a delicious glutenfree bread.
Some noise from the street but not too bad. Room was very warm with only a fan.
Otherwise we’re pleased with our stay :)

Fitness not open 24h (06-22) we arrived late and could not try.
The breakfast starts late 0730 weekends. We left 0530 and could not try.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with many choices, it will be good if the breakfast hour could be prolonged till 10:00 instead of 09:30 during the week days, as not everyone comes at the hotel for work and woke up early. I have also requested, if possible, a room with sea view and the hotel made that happen. overall we had a very good stay. Parking is available for extra cost.

The hotel is located in the center of Sundsvall within walking distance to restaurants, bars etc. which was good!
Our room was tiny (for us staying only 1 night totally fine) but you don’t really have much space to put down your luggage or any of your belongings. The bathroom was clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was free and had various options (gluten-free, vegetarian) to choose from.
