A great location for a concert at Knox Hall down the street. A very clean and quiet hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved that it’s downtown and you have options to walk to places instead of driving. Hotel room was great, love carpet instead of wood. They can definitely add more water pressure to the shower, make it look more modern, update the tv ( bluetooth friendly). It has a lot
of potential if they update certain areas in the room.

Thought we’d stay at this property despite the reviews given that my wife and I worked there 20 years ago and we thought the nostalgia would be nice. It was a sketchy area 20 years ago and it’s worse now. Room was depressing and outdated. Not a place I’d stay again.

Parking was a bit of a nigh**are as the lot across the street was full and the access to the few spots were blocked for quite a while. The car in blocking eventually moved and I was able to get a spot without further issue. Everything else was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, accomodating and wonderful. Would absolutely stay again!

This is my choice hotel for Sudbury every time. The price is always reasonable, staff are very friendly and accommodating of any requests. The manager is always so very nice and truly cares about her guests. Located within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants and free easy parking are also a plus.

The walls are very thin we woke up often from people talking, room was clean but the sheets were stained and then changed and still stained, the building itself is pretty run down doesn’t have a very welcoming vibe but overall staff was good and the stay was fine
