DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE The room was dark. The television was very small and the INCLUDED breakfast was non existant.
When questioned about the breakfast that was supposed to be included in was told they were restructuring and that I could go to a restaurant a few doors down where I would get a 10% discount.

The staff here in Sudbury were EXCELLENT . Very helpful and knowledgeable. The room and building were clean but could use a revamp.

Hot water wouldn't come out of shower head neither of us could shower in the morning had to sponge bath at the tap

The motel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place to others.

Bed sheets was all stain and the coffee in room was open and cups where dirty from previous stay and bathtub was full of hair toilet was dirty missing towel will never go there again and will tell all the people I now about it I’m sorry I not a complainer but that was very bad

I was advised that the homeless population had increased in the area, so to make sure my car was secure and all valuables removed.
Later in the evening, the room occupants next door had a knock down drag em out fight in the room which was scary.
In the morning the shower drain was so clogged that by the time I was done showering, the water in the tub was up to my mid-calf. The towels in the room were dirty and stained.
