"O hotel está localizado a 5 minutos do centro da cidade (Stefan cel Mare Street), o hotel foi recentemente renovado e as quartos são modernos e muito limpos. O pessoal no recepcionário e as senhoras de limpeza são muito gentis e úteis.Uma pequena questão é o design do banheiro de banho nas salas 225/226 que não permitem que o tapete de banho permaneça no chão enquanto usa o banheiro. Continua a descer, o que pode ser inconveniente e irritante, ou tudo era grande!"

"Beautiful location, big rooms, interesting lounge room, huge breakfast. Not happy with room cleaning. Bed mattresses are to firm whilst the pillows not at all… All together, value for money balance it’s ok but the place is highly overated."

"Very nice, nobly furnished hotel. We stayed for one night in the 5-star room. It is large, with a huge bed, a balcony overlooking a rose garden and a huge 4K Smart TV. The bathroom has a spacious rain shower and a Jacuzzi. The room - like the rest of the hotel - is very stylishly decorated and clean. The bed was so comfortable that we thought about asking where to buy the pillows. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is centrally located but quiet on a side street. The city centre is only a few minutes walk away. Villa Alice is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back."
