I contacted Trip.com to let them know that I was unable to travel because I had recently been diagnosed as CoVid positive. Trip.com sent me a follow up letter indicating that after attempting to negotiate with the hotel, they were not willing to offer a refund because it was a nonrefundable rate. So guess I should have arrived at the hotel contagious and touched and sneezed on every possible surface in my room and in the public spaces. Thank you Country Inn and Suites for your compassionate response. Will pass this info on to my fellow travelers knowing they will avoid your brand as will I.
