Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Central

What amazing and wonderful staff. From check in Amalia gave Preseco and Chocolates as we were here for my partner’s birthday. Wow! Fiona she is first class an absolute credit to the company nothing was to much for her, every time always had a smile on her face soooo friendly. Breakfast the staff were amazing so accommodating. Rooms and cleanliness were fabulous. Location was excellent, ideal for what we wanted out of the weekend. Overall an absolute gem of a hotel with staff that shone.

Another great stay at premier central , what a difference the upgrades have made to the room we stayed in, very good wi-fi plenty of tea and coffee available with plenty of extra at reception,check in quick , staff always friendly, book early for best deals

Once again a great experience at this hotel from the friendly staff, great room ( amazing bed ) and wonderful food, the meal deal is excellent value and I definitely recommend. It's within walking distance to all attractions and some lovely little shops overall a lovplace to visit 😊

This odd building had too many stairs, one extremely slow lift with a button you had to press continuously until you reached the reception or ground floor. If you took your finger off the lift would stop! We were given a typed A4 laminated sheet of paper as a menu for our evening meal. It made me apprehensive as to what the dinner would be like. The meal was cooked by a receptionist (?) definitely not a chef , but it was a surprisingly good meal. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was certainly central and we had easy access to where we wanted to go but we will not be staying there again. It’s the worst Premier Inn we have stayed at.

Had a lovely stay here on a trip to Stratford-upon-Avon, team were very friendly and welcoming. They were great with local knowledge and directions. The rooms were clean and well presented which we have always found with Premier Inn. The hotel does not have a car park but this was not a problem for us. It is a fantastic location right in the town so you can walk everywhere.

This has to be the worst designed hotel in the Premier Inn group. I was in room 15 in the basement to which you have to go up and down several sets of stairs and along many corridors to get to the room with the worst view I have ever experienced at a hotel. The hotels rooms are clean and comfortable (once you are able to get the heating turned on by the staff) and fine if you are just there to sleep. Sleep is what Premier Inns do best!!
