Premier Inn Stoke-On-Trent (Hanley)

I booked the Premier Inn Hanley as it seemed the most modern and clean option on Google, I needed to book a hotel out of necessity for 1 night so I was really happy with the price (£47) Pro’s: The room was lovely, modern and immaculate. Bathroom was immaculate and a good amount of towels (for 1 person) Free Parking Super friendly staff Cons: My room was in a separate building to the reception which was an issue for me as I couldn’t switch off the pink LED light above the headboard (so it stayed on all night) No phone in the room to call reception or clear number to call for any issues? No bottled or tap drinking water (I spent £5/500mls from the vender) Unable to open the window (AC only) - AC tends to make me ill, so I chose not to turn this on, I would of preferred to open the window

I have stayed here many times I have asked and added notes not to placed in the annex The walls and ceiling are so thin u can hear everyone above every foot step toilet flush. I had asked not to be placed here but I was given the top floor so thought that would be fine up most of the night the air con unit made the most horrendous noise so we couldn’t have it on and because it’s the top floor the windows don’t open it was stifling unpleasant I didn’t ask for a new room as I had the the receptionist say on my check in that they were fall as they wanted to move rooms and also that they couldn’t have any more towels only the two that were in the room as they don’t supply towels to dry you hair anymore so no hand smaller towels Seems we are paying more but the service and amenities are reducing what is that about

The staff was lovely and very helpful there was a staff member called Bridget when my train got cancelled she help me and my partner really good and with my partner being in a wheelchair she moved us right away and made sure we didn’t have to move in to a over room for our last night to a room that was more suitable for my partner to shower and move about

I had a lovely 4 day stay. The staff were extremely accomodating in extending my booking and the lovely Bridget went above and beyond to make my trip so memorable. It was always such a joy seeing her at the end of my days. One of the best Premier Inns I’ve ever stayed in.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay,Aimee at reception did everything required to make it a pleasant stay. The chap in charge of the restaurant on Sunday evening also made us feel very welcome and was very helpful.

Aimee was lovely and very helpful after a very stressful car journey here and made us feel welcome,our room was ready so we was able to checkin and the whole process was simple and straight forwards,thank you to aimee for making our experience much easier

Great nights sleep 😴 Wonderful staff, especially Bridget who made us feel at home, we realized we are from the same town back in nz so Bridget surprised us with a packet of our favorite nz biscuits ❤️ Also the cleaning ladies were so helpful in helping take my 4 suitcases down to reception, especially Irene such a beautiful kind and helpful lady I would recommend this place to anyone

Great stay while our daughter was in the Royal Stoke Hospital. We arrived well before 3pm so big thanks go to Aimee for organising an early check in for us. Lovely Premier Plus room with the usual really comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!

Aimee was absolutely wonderful as she managed to get us an early check in after our long journey down from Scotland and spent time with me showing me how to login to premier inn WiFi, thank you Aimee. Aaaaaaassaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
