Very good hotel, great location, right next to the arlanda express city center station, just walk out of the station and cross the road. It takes 35 minutes to go to the airport, because there is a 15-minute bus ride and a 20-minute drive. The attitude at the front desk is also very good and the action is fast. The hotel is furnished in a typical Nordic style and looks very comfortable. The room is not big, but it is clean and tidy, with a kettle. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of options. I really like a raw bean sprout like mung bean sprouts. In addition, breakfast and foie gras are self-picked. There are many people without chaos, and a good breakfast. The only downside is that I feel that the wood in the bathroom smells very awkward, like the smell of inferior wood. Anyway, I am very sensitive and allergic to this taste.

The hotel accommodation was very good overall good location and breakfast, however when booking a taxi from the hotel to the airport we were given a price and then were charged another price higher than the one told by the receptionist which is very disappointing. The hotel blamed the taxi company instead assume their mistake so we ended up paying more for believing in the hotel. :( at this point I’m still waiting an apology and answer from the hotel.
