I took my family down for breakfast before we checked out and was met by Ms.Terry. Let me tell you about your team member who went above and beyond. She engaged with my children, asked about our vacation and how much fun they had. She checked on us throughout our breakfast to make sure we did not need anything. She maintained the breakfast table area, the buffet line and kept the food stocked. She did all that while still greeting and asking people about their day and stay.
