Great stay. House was perfect for our needs. Marc was very friendly and responded quickly. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again!

The house was so well appointed and there was a great deal of room The rooms are spacious and plenty of beds. The kitchen was particularly grand with lots of space with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two ovens. Great for large groups. We brought in our food and did all our meals at the house. The drive up to the house is a bit "crazy" but once arriving it is very nice. Don't let the drive keep you from this wonderful getaway home.

The host and the space are the highlight. The communication was better than any property I've been to. He's prompt, clear, and very easy to talk with! As far as the space goes, there are more things to do and relax than we had time for. Will return 100%

My family stayed here during our daughterās wedding weekend. The wedding was at Toccoa Falls which is an absolutely stunning waterfall. My family raved about the spaciousness of the home. They were able to squeeze in some hiking in addition to attending the wedding events.

This is a great place for a large group or family gathering. We spent most of our time in the oversized kitchen, which features two of everything. Itās extremely private but still close to a grocery store and other conveniences. Owner was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. Thereās room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars youāve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If youāve got a big group, this is your place.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 5 total).All pet stains and damage paid by renter.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Turn thermostats off when you leave (upstairs hallway and living room). Drape used towels over bathtub edges, leave used beds unmade.Place kitchen trash in green trash bin, located on the right side of the front deck.
