We booked a room at Stellenbosch Hotel and received an upgrade to stay in their sister hotel - Coopmanshuijs. The hotel came with a porter who parked our car and moved pur luggage on our behalf. We had to check out early morning, so they packed a breakfast box for us. The room was beautiful and comfortable, had wifi and LED charged lights to use during load shedding hours, a mini bar, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and AC. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and we enjoyed the upgrade! It’s located about 5mins from the Stellenbosch Hotel, and close to most shops and restaurants. Highly recommend both hotels when you stay in Stellenbosch!

Fomos muito bem atendidos em todos os momentos. A moça da recepção (não peguei o nome) nos ajudou com reserva de passeios sempre com muita gentileza e boa vontade.
A localização é perfeita! Próxima a vários restaurantes, lojinhas e todo comércio da cidade.
O que falta melhorar de fato é o café da manhã….precisa melhorar a qualidade dos alimentos que no geral parecem envelhecidos, principalmente as frutas. Registro que o atendimento no café da manhã também é excelente.

Well located. Many attractions, Restaurants and bars within short walking distances. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful reception staff. Would I go back? For sure. Slight criticism is that breakfast could be better with regard to the buffet part. Fresh orange juice would be better than whatever they currently have as orange juice, which tasted more like orange squash. Parking is available too.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean, conforatable and well appointed rooms. Conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions, including the University. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and wine. I always feel welcome when I return.

Location is excellent but one of the rooms A9 was on the 2nd floor, very close to another room, and actually you could see right into the other person's bathroom, bathroom door very low. Very disappointing. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was ok although the breakfast server was rather rude. Maybe this hotel was rated a 4* some time ago but it should be not more than a 3*. Staff at check-in very pleasant.

From the day we arrived till we left we were excellently treated by exceptional friendly staff. The Reception, Lobby and Restaurant staff made our stay comfortable. We can recommend this establishment as we were treated as family not guests. Thanks to all for you help.
