Very clean, nice welcoming as I came in. The gentleman that checked me in was super. Super clean. Great price.

We reserved this hotel primarily because of location, price and amenities. The front desk clerk was nice and provided a quick check in. The room was dated, the beds were acceptable, soft but worn out. We used the restaurant and the older lady that took our order w very nice. The food was fair, onion rings were burnt. The breakfast was terrible. Very limited selection, no pastries, scrambled eggs were poor and offering was mostly cereal and a waffle maker. They offered Sam’s Club mini brownies which was very odd. Needless to say we won’t be back. Scale 1-10 would be a 6.

we have stayed here before, and will again. Lovely property, comfy beds, big rooms. Some of the furniture is well used, but the propery is immaculate and the staff are wonderful.

The room was old and mold in the bathroom, dusty night tabkes and lamps and opened the drawer to the bedside table and found a cockroach. I informed the front desk and she said she would tell the manager. Will never stay here again.

I absolutely loved our waitress Mildred at the Charcoal Grill! She was so kind and loving. Also, our bed was very comfortable and the blankets were just right

We had booked an accessible room and again did not get it. We were on the first floor so that was good. Having breakfast included and a bar and restaurant made it so nice after a long day of driving.

Entrance to hallway for rooms had an extremely strong smell of Curry. Bathroom needs updating. Very noisy .

Staff was pleasant and service was prompt. The room was clean and comfortable. Some areas need some maintenance, but that did not affect our stay. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel for travelers on their way to and from Florida along the I-81 and I-77 corridor.
