Alles war perfekt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und sauber. Es gab verschiedene À-la-carte-Restaurants und Aktivitätsbereiche (Freizeitpark für Kinder, Gaming Center etc.). Der Service war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und sorgfältig. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei İslam, İrina und Yıldan und dem gesamten Team des Voyage Hotels. Sie waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr hilfsbereit und haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

Superb selection of food and drinks. Great pool area and beach right outside hotel. Absolutely terrific experience and I would highly recommend.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Ankara'dan gelip iki gece konakladık. Yeni açılan yol ile konum olarak bizi çok yormadı. Otelin olanakları yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve cömertti. Odamız ***et temizdi. Minibar her gün yenileniyor. Genel olarak tavsiye ediyorum.

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. A sala era básica.Devido a alguns defeitos de construção, sempre havia água no chão no chuveiro (não saía por horas).Não está bem para 5 estrelas.A comida e as bebidas não eram especiais, mas OK, disponível 24H. O território é o principal ”desastre”, porque é basicamente um local entre algumas estradas separadas pelo barril.E isso é - as paredes do hotel e o barril. Quase nenhuma verde e nenhum lugar para ir, nenhum território em tudo.As piscinas são relativamente pequenas. Portanto, considerando o preço, não estaria de Volta ou lá se não fosse para o evento.Pensando duas vezes.
