Superb service and very efficient staff. Excellent location and spacious rooms. The only thing missing for the perfect corporate stay was a Nespresso machine with capsules in the hotel room , which is becoming standard practice across most high end hotels. Will be using again on my travels to Berlin for sure. Rooms are a bit dusty with my charger covered with dust aster only one day. Shelves and lamps also had dust on them.

Tudo estava bom, exceto a acomodação. Tínhamos reservado um quarto com uma cama grande, mas meu colega e eu ganhamos duas camas pequenas separadas. Então, minha chave parou de funcionar e eu não conseguia entrar no quarto. O café da manhã era monótono, e o pior era que todos os dias, às 5 da manhã, eles despejavam o lixo bem debaixo da minha janela. Além disso, o estacionamento do hotel ficava movimentado a noite toda, então eu tinha que acordar constantemente!

The hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

Pullman Berlin location is easily accessible to any public transportation. It is next to Berlin zoo and our room has an overview of it. Cleanliness is spot on. Customer service is amazing. There's just a hiccup on booking our breakfast because there's a miscommunication between the reception desk and the reception staff in the breakfast area that we're not included on the list for two consecutive days. But overall, I highly recommend Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof to anyone who's planning a trip to Berlin.

Mixed feelings with our stay. Hotel did a good service recovery by putting us at their sister hotel- exe suite room as they sold our room on the first night and gave us complimentary abf and sight seeing tour bus tickets. Though given a suite, we do not like the room as much as hotel luc (modern) and a hassle to wake early to check in to hotel luc on the next day. Morning shift staff seems unaware of our complimentary taxi ride back and other complimentary which we have to spend more time waiting

Fiquei no Hotel Bellman durante minha viagem e tive uma ótima experiência no geral. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa, sempre pronta para ajudar com o que eu precisasse. Meu quarto estava limpo, confortável e tinha tudo o que eu precisava. A comida era simples, mas fresca e saborosa. A única desvantagem foi um pouco de barulho da rua à noite, mas não foi um grande problema. No geral, eu definitivamente me hospedaria aqui novamente e recomendo a qualquer pessoa que visite a região.

電報局爆改 住過的舊改酒店已經不少，還是有被驚喜到，公區的用色方案（燈、軟裝）完美解決了老工業冷硬疏離感，給人柔和心情 客房細節太6️⃣了，服務也周到，前台🇩🇪帥哥國語還相當好，一問住過深圳，還有中文名“海金”😬 這絕對是個神仙酒店，門外直走博物館島（&默克爾家在這旮瘩），南邊是出過57個諾貝爾獎得主和n多偉人名人的洪堡大學街區 夜裡在“學區房”周邊nightwalk，哈克庭院是一個多開口的圍合式“創意園”，其中一個窄小的過道進入後豁然是一組別開生面的亞文化羣體聚集點，各色年輕人扎堆（8️⃣-9️⃣）。 週末很熱鬧，天氣怡人，沿街清吧都不少人，可能下一位諾獎得主正在牛飲啤酒侃大山😌 值得一提，附近有三顧冒菜！來吧，吃一頓200人民幣的冒菜哈哈哈哈
