"酒店在遵義豪華榜單上，首先工作人員態度服務是5分，員工努力，春節太忙也很疲憊似的；其次房間沒內設施、床墊被子等還是很不錯。但是，也有一些明顯不足，不知道啥原因比如門口就沒見着保安引導，因停車場入口不明顯，諮詢衹能去前台，然後得去前面紅綠燈路口大調頭回來，還有人再次走錯；地下車庫入户沒任何裝飾樸素是對的，但四部電梯不能聯動，兩邊都按？其他的硬件不要説不能和開元貴州飯店比，和常青藤鳳凰比都有差距，服務差距更大，估計是成本問題。好在價格便宜一些説的過去，但排在豪華榜上似乎有些勉強。"
