"The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, shower is hot, the air conditioner is good, with speed and coolness control. The floor is carpeted so it feels less cold in winter. The lighting is bright and sufficiently installed throughout the room. The hotel is located just 10 mins walk to the adjacent ”Nine Dragon” shopping mall where you can buy all sorts of groceries. The hotel has a heated Olympic-sized swimming pool and a good gym with all types of equipment. The hotel provided free bikes for Guest to cycle throughout the city. Good breakfast variety with all types of Chinese dish, fruits and even alcohol. The hotel service staff delivered fruits to every room and are detailed oriented to the point they open your door while you were still sleeping to place it inside the room. This was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and can see the same hotel staff, meaning a strong employee retention by the hotel."

"I recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. "The hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon"

"位置：在新區，但是去哪都方便，選擇這邊就是因為位置還挺合適，到威海站17分鐘，韓樂坊20分鐘，去景點其實跟其他地方比起來去哪裡都方便，屬於居中位置。 價格：8月的威海來看，性價比超高。民宿都要四五百，核心商圈的同級別都到1500了，比起來這性價比超絕！ 環境：五星的規格，房間乾淨，而且大。 服務：服務人員也很熱情。 早餐：味道不錯，該有的都有了。吃的挺飽的，哈哈哈。"

"算是比較傳統但裝修挺新五星酒店，雖然目前新興中檔快捷酒店越來越多也越來越豪華，但是安靜型和服務型還是跟不上傳統五星酒店。春竹就是典型，酒店服務經驗非常豐富，春節期間入住量特別大，門口迎賓處都有兩位，前台辦理有三個位置非常迅速，不需要等候。酒店前有巨大的停車場，感覺就算是所有入住的人全開車來，位置也綽綽有餘，因為春節期間基本滿員，但是停車場還有好多的空間。 房間靜音性非常好，我是個噪音敏感的人，但是在這裏睡得很好，窗户隔音非常好，儘管樓層高但是路上的噪音完全聽不到，酒店的牆應該是傳統的磚牆，非常厚實，完全聽不到隔壁的聲音，加之地毯覆蓋，樓上的噪音也沒有，能踏踏實實的睡個好覺，太幸福了！ 早餐上，酒店在春節期間把能填滿的空間全放上了桌子，雖然也有個別等位時間，但是工作人員打掃的特別迅速，儘管春節期間，餐食可能質量略微下降，餐食補的特別快，切西瓜的大姨端着西瓜在等別人拿完了往裡加，也算是儘可能的服務好這個特殊時期了。 總體來説，非常好，對得起價格對得起服務，讓我堅定了以後出行還是得住傳統的星級酒店，遠離花裏胡哨的新興品牌。"
