This hotel is amazing and great! The service is 100% the rooms are super clean and beautiful! I'm definitely going back everytime I visit Kunshan!

Truly enjoyed the relaxing three days spent at this hotel. It’s perfectly located close to Shanghai and offers more western food options. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and modern . The breakfast was yummy and had so much to offer. The gym and pool is perfect ! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Not great value for money. I was driving through Kunshan and needed a place to stay for one night. I looked around and found Hualuxe (I'd stayed at one in Kunming and assumed it would be the same quality), so I booked it without hesitation. The underground parking felt a bit chaotic, and when I went upstairs to check in, the lobby was very noisy. There wasn't just one hotel reception desk; multiple hotels shared a single row. After finding the Hualuxe front desk and checking in, I went upstairs and noticed the elevators didn't require a key card to operate, which made me feel a bit uneasy about security. As I walked down the hallway, an unpleasant smell hit me. I thought it would be fine once I got into the room, but the room itself had a strong, musty, damp odor. The window was very high and blocked by a sofa, making it impossible to open. The biggest issue was that the duvet was completely damp (which is very unusual). Also, the swimming pool is shared with other hotels, so it was crowded, and the restrooms smelled terrible. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, the facilities were decent, and breakfast was quite extensive. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was prepared with great care and tasted delicious.

O campus do hotel é muito espaçoso e principalmente estrangeiros vêm quando há UMA exposição no Kunshan.Eu estava lá para COFAIR 2025. O quarto dela era confortável com Wi-Fi. É BOM andar por um lago com um parque organizado.

趁着春節假期帶家人出行，選擇了這家崑山皇冠國際會展酒店，總體來説是一次性價比極高的入住體驗。 💰 超高性價比 春節期間這個價格真的很難得！300元一晚還包含了雙人早餐，要知道這可是五星級酒店的配置。相比周邊同檔次酒店動輒七八百的價格，這裏簡直是“撿漏”，非常適合預算有限但又想住得舒適的家庭遊客。 🏨 設施與環境 酒店設施非常齊全，完全對得起五星標準。房間面積很大，空間感很好，不是那種緊湊型的設計。衞生間做到了乾濕分離，還配備了浴缸，晚上泡個澡很解乏。衞生打掃得很乾凈，細節到位，桌上直接放了4瓶礦泉水，這點很貼心。 📍 地理位置優越 位置沒得説，就在市中心核心地段。酒店馬路對面就是萬象滙購物中心，吃飯、逛街、看電影都極其方便。交通也很便利，距離江浦地鐵站大約衹有200米，步行幾分鐘就到，去哪都順路。 ⚠️ 不足之處 當然也有美中不足的地方。一是酒店旁邊緊挨着一條高架橋，車流噪音比較明顯；二是房間的隔音效果確實一般，關上窗户都能聽到外面的聲音。另外，房間空調温度偏高，設定好温度後依然覺得燥熱，想開窗通風透透氣，結果外面的高架噪音更大，導致那一晚睡得不是很安穩。 總結： 瑕不掩瑜，綜合來看依然是一次超值的入住。如果你對睡眠環境要求不是特別苛刻，或者白天行程比較滿，晚上回來衹是洗漱休息，那麼這家酒店絕對值得推薦！

A very comfortable hotel to stay, big room with nice view, quite enough to have a good sleep.

Hotel is a bit old and the price wasn’t worth it for the night we spent there. Breakfast is ok, so-so nothing special. Reception was great and friendly. Restaurant food was fine.
