The hotel is conveniently located 1.2 kilometers from the train station. It's a decent, appropriately sized hotel with a rich breakfast. The staff were very friendly and their recommendation for a local restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near a subway station, offering easy access from the airport. The swimming pool is well-maintained and a great feature for relaxation.

Eles têm o elevador, MAS você TEM que carregar SUA bagagem e fazer um pequeno passo de escada.

on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

O hotel está perto do aeroporto de Chopin, apenas tomou qualquer táxi, custa £6 para lá ... Bom descanso no voo de trânsito, Como o restaurante serve comida até às 11h00, o pequeno-almoço é excelente, com sumo de carote fresco, etc ... muito confortável e bonito. As instalações são amigáveis à família, com uma área de crianças com x caixa para jogar, o meu filho está ansioso para jogar, mas termina dentro de 1 hora, porque os jogos não se divertem para ele ... Ha.. ha ... Mas eu e o marido podem ter um pequeno-almoço repouso.. Melhor para reservar o pequeno-almoço com pacote mais barato .... A transferência de aeroporto livre é gratuita para reserva 6am-10am, o MEU voo de pm não beneficia, é bom ir para a Cidade antiga, MAS minha jetlag me deixou fora, só consegue ir a um supermercado local (Carrefour) com Uber no domingo, não muitos supermercados) lojas abertas ... A sala é muito confortável ... O WC não tem instalações de lavagem de mãos, mas as casas de banho separadas têm .... A troca será boa por uma razão prática .... É um BOM hotel para o voo de trânsito com tudo o que você precisa no edifício ... Especialmente para UMA família.

O hotel se sente um pouco fechado, especialmente o tapete no chão Na sala, MAS é visível que a renovação está EM curso e algumas partes do hotel já foram renovadas

Foi UMA estadia agradável, quartos de BOM design e limpo.Pequeno-almoço bom, saboroso e várias escolhas.Recomenda este hotel.Está perto do centro da cidade e 2 paradas de metrô do BOM restaurante Elefante Vermelho

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
