"First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back.
P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China."

"First time staying at this hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised, they actually fulfilled my special request! 🥹 My partner and I had such a happy birthday staycation 🥳
The service was excellent, the room was clean and super comfortable and the location is great there’s a mall just right across the street, which made everything so convenient.
The only small downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience.
Overall, I’d definitely give this stay a full score 💯 and would love to come back again!"

"My staycation at this apartment was truly an amazing experience. The unit itself was very nice—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Everything was well-maintained, and you could tell the place was still quite new. The ambience was absolutely the best. "We stayed at Wyndham Garden Suites Ipoh City Centre for one night and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the 2-bedroom suite, which comes with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery — very convenient and comfortable, especially for families or small groups.
The room was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were solid and comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Everything felt neat, functional, and thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back again next time we’re in Ipoh."

Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Positives:
+ Location - close to town and very convenient
+ It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed.
+ Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly.
+ Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water.
+ Branded appliances.
Negatives:
- Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg.
- Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft.
- While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided.
- Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced.
- While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle.
- Water pressure is not great.
Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

O hotel era Muito agradável e confortável.O pequeno-almoço era Muito bom, com UMA boa variedade de legumes para a salada.O bihun goreng de estilo Singapura era tão Muito ínfimo!No entanto, o arroz para o lemak nazi sabia um pouco incomum.
Os MEUS filhos gostaram de cereais, bihun goreng, pão com jam e pastos.
Além disso, perto do hotel, havia muitos restaurantes e opções de kiosk em torno Da área Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah.Na noite, você Pode alugar bicicletas, buggies e outros veículos para andar por aí, Muito divertido! Havia até um pequeno trem, que as crianças amavam absolutamente.
Na manhã seguinte, depois do nosso maravilhoso pequeno-almoço, OS MEUS filhos e EU voltámos para a rua para um passeio brilhante e passei um tempo no parque de jogos.Foi realmente divertido e UMA boa maneira de começar o dia.

UUsuário convidadoWe were accommodated in a refurbished room which was nice and clean. It’s located at a Din Sum eateries area with about 4 of 5 old time names like Ming court. Famous Cowan Tauge Chicken Rice restaurant is just round the corner.
The breakfast buffet were somewhat limited in choice and wasn’t impressive.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Our unit in 08-07A, the common toilet started to stink after a shower, think the plumbing needs to be rechecked. Strangely the stink went away the next day after the toilet dried out by itself.
The car park for this development is REALLY NARROW and u have to park designated lots. We drove 4 levels up and sharp turn saw many cars scratch their side on the pillars. Not the fault of the accommodation but be wary if u r driving a car and a new driver, go SLOW!

TTuan Mohd Hafeez Tuan IbrahimA perfect stay at an affordable price. The unit was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped, and the apartment facilities were excellent—spacious pool, clean surroundings, a gym, and a ping-pong area with a beautiful view of Perak city.
The location was ideal, close to great food, shopping centres, and attractions in Ipoh. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Ipoh.

MMandy Lim llsUnfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped.
The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion.
In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants.
Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay.
Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.
