One of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

Adorei este hotel! Muito perto da praia de Haeundae, a 20 minutos a pé do terminal rodoviário de Haeundae, que usávamos para chegar aqui vindos de outra cidade próxima. O quarto do hotel era espaçoso e limpo, ótimo para voltar depois de um longo dia. A equipe foi ótima, ajudou com o depósito de bagagem antes e depois do check-in e check-out. Há um mercado bacana do outro lado da rua com comida incrível. Há muitas coisas para fazer na região, e o metrô também fica perto, então pudemos ir a outros lugares, como a praia de Gwangalli.

We are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

O Haeundae Shilla Stay está localizado muito perto da Praia de Haeundae, ostentando a melhor localização onde você pode aproveitar o lindo oceano em apenas alguns minutos a pé. Em particular, é muito acessível, pois fica a apenas 5 minutos de caminhada da Estação Haeundae. Escolhi esta acomodação para comemorar um aniversário especial com minha namorada e posso dizer com segurança que foi a melhor escolha que já fiz. Nossa viagem se tornou ainda mais especial graças à ”Jinbo-kyung”, que gentilmente nos recebeu na recepção quando fizemos o check-in. Com um sorriso caloroso e consideração atenciosa, a Sra. Jinbo Kyung me ofereceu um quarto com vista para o mar e um upgrade de quarto, o que me permitiu passar um dia inesquecível com uma vista fantástica para o mar. Aquele momento foi realmente tocante e um exemplo perfeito do nível de serviço que este hotel oferece. O café da manhã também superou minhas expectativas. Havia uma variedade de menus disponíveis, e a harmonia da comida coreana e ocidental, com ingredientes frescos e sinceridade, era excelente. Great to book this apartment hotel walkable to Haeunde Beach n night pedestrian market. Not much interaction with staff, but generally delivers the front desk job. Apartment is stove, laundry equipped but needs to buy washing detergent frm from desk, ideally bring your stuff if u intends to cook etc. Clean n new.. Hopefully standard is maintained.

Review of Raviens Maison de Hotel 1. Location The hotel is situated along a back alley, which may make it slightly less visible for some Uber or taxi drivers on first approach. However, this is a minor inconvenience. The surrounding area is well-served, with two convenience stores, a McDonald’s, and the popular Busandang Bakery nearby, offering an impressive selection of baked goods and a pleasant café on the second floor. The hotel is also approximately a five-minute walk to the main Haeundae Beach shopping and dining street, which makes it a convenient base overall. 2. Front Desk & Service Front desk staff generally communicate in decent English, which is helpful for international guests. Upon arrival, we reached about an hour before the official check-in time of 4:00 PM (notably later than most hotels). Early check-in was offered at an additional charge of 18,000 KRW. While understandable, there is room for improvement here—particularly when rooms are already available, a more flexible approach would enhance the guest experience. A more significant concern was the housekeeping policy. For a five-day stay, only one room cleaning service was provided. This is quite disappointing and does not align with expectations of a hotel, especially given that rates remain at a premium during peak season. This aspect significantly detracts from the overall experience. 3. Room & Facilities We were assigned a room on the 21st floor. The room is spacious, resembling a studio apartment, and comes well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine with dryer, and a clothes steriliser (particularly useful for refreshing outerwear). The room includes both a queen-sized bed and a super single bed, along with heated flooring for added comfort. Tips: offer English translation card to show how to use the washer/ dryer would be useful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the highlight is undoubtedly the view. The panoramic outlook over Haeundae Beach and the sea is excellent, complemented by a large balcony with seating—ideal for relaxation. However, another shortcoming is the lack of proper bath towels. Only small-sized towels were provided, which were also used as floor mats. This is below expected hotel standards and should be addressed. Overall Assessment The hotel offers strong positives in terms of room size, amenities, and especially the sea view. Its location is also convenient despite the slightly hidden entrance. However, the limited housekeeping service and absence of proper bath towels are notable drawbacks. Addressing these areas would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

A primeira noite de estadia foi insatisfatória devido ao fato de o quarto alocado no 3º andar ser, aparentemente, para uma pessoa em cadeira de rodas! O banheiro não tinha chuveiro adequado para uma pessoa de 1,85m. O vaso sanitário era muito apertado no canto e tinha um assento solto ou quebrado. A roupa de cama era insatisfatória e a limpeza estava abaixo da média. Na manhã seguinte, precisei solicitar uma troca de quarto e me disseram que não havia quartos disponíveis! Então, disse que desejava fazer o check-out, pois não havia como ficar naquele quarto por mais uma noite. Disseram então que, se eu fizesse o check-out do quarto 305 e esperasse até as 15h, talvez me oferecessem outro quarto, o 605. Às 15h, me deram o quarto 605, que era muito mais parecido com um quarto de verdade, com banheiro adequado, roupa de cama etc. etc. Lamento não ter tirado fotos, por favor, verifiquem isso.

Very centrally located, easy to find building. But surprised to see no reception. All the details are delivered by email/messages or calls when needed. Fun to have night market right outside the building.
